Welcome to our apartment, located in one of the most beautiful, recently renovated buildings in Poblenou.

Less than a 10-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from Mar Bella, the gay beach.

It’s modern and fully equipped. It has two bedrooms:

A comfortable master bedroom A smaller bedroom with bunk beds

There’s no TV (we don’t use one).

The Apartment The building (very new) is completely secure and occupied. A caretaker is on duty during the day on weekdays. It offers amenities that are rare in Barcelona:

Semi-private elevator (direct access) Swimming pool Gym Large, green rooftop terrace with an exceptional 360° panoramic view of the entire Barcelona skyline: Sagrada Familia, the sea, Torre Glòries, the cathedral, the Olympic Flame, Tibidabo...

The Neighborhood Poblenou is a former industrial neighborhood that has become one of the most pleasant and trendy areas in Barcelona (bobo-chic). It’s full of small shops, cafés, and restaurants. La Rambla de Poblenou is just a few minutes’ walk away, as are several parks with playgrounds. Bogatell Beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. The Bogatell and Llacuna metro stations are also nearby. On the street below, there’s almost always a place to park (paid parking).

Air conditioning, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen... everything you need for a pleasant stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our little corner of Barcelona.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking; please respect this rule.

Guest Access You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, as well as access to all common areas of the building.

We only reserve the upper cabinets in the kitchen for our use. Please do not attempt to open them.
