A beautiful and picturesque two-bedroom apartment in a very central location. A mezzanine-level apartment with a wonderful balcony overlooking a typical Example garden—very quiet and peaceful, yet very central. It is surrounded by great restaurants and within walking distance of most attractions. The apartment is fully equipped.
- Completely renovated in June 2012.
- Living room open to the kitchen, which opens onto a lovely balcony/terrace with a seating area.
- Master bedroom with a queen-size bed.
- Second bedroom with a double bed that converts to a king-size bed for double occupancy.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES, to do so you will have to step out of the building. If you infringe this rule, you will be fined 300 eur and we will ask you to leave our accommofations immediately. We will also inform to the local authorities.
No parties or noise after 23 hours will be acceptable. If we get a complain from any of our neightbours because of noise issues, we will cancel any previous agreement and you will be asked to leave the apartment. No money will be given back.
