A mezzanine-level apartment with a wonderful balcony overlooking a typical Example garden—very quiet and peaceful, yet very central. It is surrounded by great restaurants and within walking distance of most attractions. The apartment is fully equipped.

- Completely renovated in June 2012. - Living room open to the kitchen, which opens onto a lovely balcony/terrace with a seating area. - Master bedroom with a queen-size bed. - Second bedroom with a double bed that converts to a king-size bed for double occupancy. HUTB - ******** - Split-system air conditioning in the living room, sufficient to cool the entire apartment - Fiber-optic Internet connection - Sofa bed in the living room - Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, and all kinds of kitchen appliances (juicer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle...) Kiku and John were absolutely amazing as hosts. Very helpful, very flexible, very supportive. They communicated with us throughout, made sure all is clear and accounted for. And the apartment itself is just lovely... everything you need + a great dose of cozy charm. Truly recommended!

Very beautiful apartment with everything you could need, even two beach umbrellas. The beds were super comfortable and the hosts were very available and responsive. The apartment is only a 15-minute walk from the Sagrada and 25 minutes from Eixample. I really recommend it

Kiku's apartment was exactly what we needed for our few days in Barcelona. Beautifully decorated and laid out, it was the perfect place to rest after a long day of exploring the city. Kiku's checkin assistant, Telma, was very helpful and offered her guidance not only to the things around the apartment, but also interesting things to do and points of interest around the city. Our stay was very relaxing and I am grateful to Kiku for allowing us to use his beautiful home while we were in town.
