SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES, to do so you will have to leave the building. If you violate this rule, you will be fined 300 eur and we will ask you to leave our accommodation immediately. We will also inform the local authorities.
No parties or noise will be accepted after 11pm. If we receive a complaint from any of our neighbors due to noise problems, we will cancel any previous agreement and you will be asked to leave the apartment. No refund will be given.
