- Bedroom with private bathroom in a new townhouse with pool and garden in a quiet community of family houses.
- The location of the house is on the hill with views over the village and the sea, 15mn walk from the town center. Sitges being on a hill, expect to walk up and down to go to the house or village.
- There are sea views from the garden and the roof terrace.

- No shoes inside the house, we'll offer slippers
- No noise between 22h00 and 10h00
- No use of the pool between 20h and 10h00
- Be clean to enter the pool please
- No eating, smoking or drinking in the pool
- No bathing in the pool with clothes or shorts used during the day, only swimsuits please
- No smoking inside. If smoking outside, use ashtray
- No eating in the bedroom preferred
- If you eat in the garden, throw your trash and clean the table
- No cooking allowed, only cold food or microwaved
- No guests allowed
- No loud music or inappropriate behaviour, this is a semi detached house
- Respect the property and cleanliness: house, garden, pool
- Loosing the keys will have a cost to replace as we can't risk someone to access the properties
- Don't take pictures and post them on social medias without our approval
- Be conscious of water usage when showering
- Switch off lights when not in the room (Seems obvious but some people don't care and leave the lights on even when not in the room, bathroom or even house....!)
