Apartment with a spectacular terrace with shower, sofa and pergola :)

Rui and David are very welcoming hosts. The apartment is clean, pleasant, with a metro station right next to it. The terrace is magnificent, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time. I recommend 100%

Rui's place is a perfect place to relax & enjoy being outside albeit hotter this year in Europe than desired. He & David made every effort to make our stay there as comfortable as possible. Rui was very helpful in making suggestions & made us feel quite comfortable from the start. The heat did become a problem for my BF though & without air conditioning, we chose other accommodations after a warm night there. Rui explained they are still renovating so no reflection on their accommodations

My stay was super great. Rui and David are expert and generous hosts. The room is perfect, the apartment is super clean! The terrace is wonderful: an outdoor space to rest, work, have a drink, and enjoy this exclusive space.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood that still has a lot of shops, restaurants and cafes. The metro is literally at the doorsteps and the penthouse apartment has beautiful views across Barcelona from a green roof garden that even includes a heated outdoor shower. Rui and David are exceptionally warm and welcoming and make you feel very at ease. I had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back soon!

I had a great time at Rui and David's apartment. They were super friendly and kind from the very first moment, making me feel at home. Everything was very beautiful, comfortable and clean but the real highlight is the terrace! It's spectacular. A shame not to have been able to enjoy it more, but that, along with the warmth of the guys, is a perfect excuse to come back soon!!

From minute 1 I felt very comfortable with Rui and David, they are very outgoing, with interesting conversation at all times, they welcomed me into their home as if we had known each other for years. The room, although small, has a comfortable bed, is clean, and the morning sun greets you as soon as you open the blinds. You can't ask for more, nor from their wonderful terrace, undoubtedly the star area of the house. As soon as you leave the building entrance you have a metro station to get you to Barcelona in 15-20 minutes, very well connected. They were attentive to my arrival at all times and also for leaving to the airport. I cannot stop recommending this accommodation.

We stayed for 2 nights and had wonderful experience with Rui and David. You can expect easy communication, open-minded hosts, comfortable bed, lots of recommendations on what to visit and where to go, pleasant mornings on the terrace. Location is very convenient because there is metro station just a few steps away. Warm recommendations!

Rui and David were such an amazing host. I stayed at their place for 2 nights and I was out the whole time. The check in and out process was smooth. The communication from the host was superb and they made me feel at home. The room was clean and good bed. They also offered some coffee but I was out mostly during my brief stay. It's also easy to get to/from airport. Although their place is a bit out of central there is a metro close by. I would definitely come back and stay at their place.

It was a perfect stay with lovely hosts. Everything is very clean and tidy. And they are very friendly and helpful on a lot of things. I would recommend anyone who is going to Barcelona to stay at their place!
