Apartment with a spectacular terrace with shower, sofa and pergola :)

Hello, we are a couple who just entered the world of MrBnB. :)

We also speak English so don't hesitate to ask us anything by message!

We are super open, friendly and love to meet people.

We have a beautiful, modern and renovated apartment with a spectacular terrace to use, enjoy and relax with the possibility of naturism (if you like it).

We are naturists but we adapt to our guests.

It is a penthouse with lots of privacy and has an elevator.

You will have a room just for you, newly renovated and you can enjoy all the common rooms of the apartment.

Clean towels and sheets are provided as well as shower utensils.

The room has a small bed (0,80m x 2m) but can be transformed into a double bed (1,60m x 2m), occupying almost the entire width of the room.

The room is small and perfect for 1 person. It can also perfectly accommodate 2 people for one or two nights, as most of the time will be spent on the terrace, for sure 😁.

We also have a shower 🚿 on the terrace which can be used all year round.

The apartment is well located with many supermarkets and amenities nearby.

If you arrive by train, from Sants station to home is 10min direct. 6 stops by metro (L5).

There is metro line 5 (blue) 30 meters from the apartment door. Metro line 1 (red) at 5/7 min walking distance.
Tramway (several lines) at 10min walking distance.
Freeway at 2 min by car.

If you come by car, there is a paid public parking (from 8am to 8pm) a few minutes walk from home (hard to find in the same street) and on weekends in the green area there is free parking.

Bars and discotheques (gay) at 20 minutes by subway.

Sitges at 30min by car and 45min by public transport.
