Beautiful apartment of 60m2 duplex, air-conditioned, double glazed with three terraces completely renovated in 2013. The kitchen has all the equipment. Two bedrooms with shower room, private terrace with electric awning and deckchairs. Independent toilets. Street side terraces with side sea view. We acquired this apartment in 2016 after several years of seasonal rental. The apartment is really like a house 50m from the beach, 200m from the church, 500m from the train station and close to all shops. Wifi and cleaning included.
