CALM ROOM IN UNBEATABLE LOCATION

The room as well as the apartment (2nd floor but easily accessible by stairs) are in conformity with the description. A few meters from Casa Milà ("La Pedrera"), public transport is plentiful, and the neighborhood also invites you to take walks with beautiful architectural treasures to admire and many shops. Marc contacted me before my arrival to clarify the reception arrangements. He welcomed me warmly, as did Alvaro. Marc had to leave but Alvaro took over efficiently and was very kind throughout my stay. We were able to communicate in French: a language that both hosts speak very well. I had a great stay at Marc and Alvaro's apartment. They were both very welcoming and friendly, and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic central location, making it easy to explore Barcelona on foot. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

From the moment we arrived, even before, we felt welcomed by Marc and Álvaro. There was always communication with Marc, whether via ******** or in person. The bed was comfortable, the entire accommodation was clean and very well maintained, including the bathrooms. The terrace is wonderful for refreshing ourselves and having a beer outdoors. Since a friend of ours was staying at the hostel across the street on the same dates, we asked Marc on two occasions if our friend could come into the apartment to spend time with us on the terrace while we charged our phones, always respecting the privacy, schedules, and work spaces of Marc and Álvaro. There was never any objection. Marc is a friendly, approachable, and attentive host. Although we didn't need it because my husband and I know Barcelona like the back of our hand, he was always available to give us any recommendation or help us with any matter. Thank you very much Marc and Álvaro, you are already part of our wonderful trip through Europe.

Marc and Alvaro are very pleasant hosts and the apartment is lovely. They were very flexible and communication was very smooth throughout the stay and even before. Once there we were mostly outside because the apartment is in the heart of Barcelona and really within easy reach of all points of interest. I would happily return to their apartment.

The location is ideal - close to everything you'd want to see in Barcelona, with great spots for food, drinks, and transport all within walking distance - would happily come back

Marc and Alvaro are the loveliest hosts. They made me feel immediately at home and Marc was so thorough with all the necessary information for my stay in their absolutely beautiful flat. They were both so kind and generous with their time and space, and I had a really comfortable stay here. Will definitely stay again when I'm in BCN. Cannot recommend it enough!
