1 double room for a maximum of 2 people, in a great central and sunny apartment for a few days to welcome anyone to Barcelona.
The apartment is large, bright, with lots of light, at the back of a pedestrian street, no traffic noise, and has:
- 2 bathrooms (one complete with modern double shower and an extra courtesy bathroom: WC and washbasin),
- large dining/living room with TV (HBO and Netflix available),
- full kitchen,
- Outdoor balcony,
- Modern elevator,
- Lots of sunshine, no noise or traffic
- The bedroom and each room in the House including the dining room has its own ceiling fan to be used whenever.
3 metro stations nearby (Verdaguer, Joanic, Sagrada Familia) of the yellow, blue and pink lines. And it is 4 metro stops from the central high speed train station of Barcelona Sants.
Very central (Sagrada Familia) and well located.
Many supermarkets, restaurants, bars, gyms around.
2 blocks from the Sagrada Familia.
30' walk to gay bars area.
40' walk to gay and nudist beaches (Barceloneta/San Sebastian) or 50' to Marbella beach (35' by metro).
By train, it is 45' to the center of Sitges and from there 15' walk to Balmins beach (bears), 10' to Sitges central beach, or 30' to Home Mort beach (nudist/cruising).
Happy to host, welcome to Barcelona in my apartment, and meet cool and interesting new people, and also get some extra money to save and travel more.
I work during the week, so I'm only at night in the apartment.
