There is a sofa bed in the living room with a kitchenette, or you can sleep in the master bedroom, where the shared bathroom is located, upon request at the time of booking. Breakfast is included, and a kitchen and washing machine are available for your use. Wi-Fi is available. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and kitchenette, and gas heating throughout the apartment. The tourist tax of €1.75 per person per night is not included and is payable upon check-in, and the municipal tax of €1.10 is not included and is payable upon check-in. Breakfast is available for an additional €10 at the Cafecitos café, less than 2 minutes from the apartment.

The apartment is in a convenient location, with excellent transportation options nearby. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower spacious. Daniel was very easy to communicate with and he's a really nice guy. Thank you very much, Daniel! :)

Convenient stay in an exceptionally clean and tidy space. I can highly recommend it for an overnight stay (though one might feel a bit cramped for a longer stay or wish to be closer to the center of Barcelona for sightseeing)

I stayed with Daniel for 5 nights. He is a friendly helpful host but he needs ******** translate when discussing some issues. His place is close to Sant Jose train so it was easy to get around Barcelona. The community area is very safe esp late at night. He prepared a suitable breakfast every morning.

Dani was so great! A very kind, pleasant host. His apartment is located in an amazingly convenient area for getting around Barcelona by foot, and his building has an elevator 🙌🏼. He speaks a little English, and I even less Spanish, but we made it work via translate apps. He was willingly took extra time answering my questions and providing helpful suggestions. I never did get the hang of his security system 🤦🏻♂... but that's probably just a me problem lol. I would stay with him again!

Good location, close to the metro, and host responsive in communication. However, the experience was compromised by lack of privacy, as the host used the room to work at 07:00 on two occasions while we were sleeping on the sofa, which was quite embarrassing. The sofa is only suitable for very short stays and should have a mattress topper. Upon arrival we also had to wait because the sheets were not the correct size.

Thank you for your stay. I just want to clarify that this is a shared home with a living room with open kitchen and a single bedroom with integrated bathroom, as indicated in the listing. The living room is a communal space and its use is part of the accommodation. Regarding the sofa, I have an extra mattress that would have been available if you had requested it. The issue with the sheets was resolved at the time and was a one-off matter. I appreciate your comments, but it is important to book knowing the actual characteristics of the space as described in the listing.

Very pleasant stay at Daniel's place. Although the house is small, it's very welcoming and has plenty of space to use and enjoy. Daniel is a fantastic host and very attentive.

Everything is at the best level! Location is near the metro station, apartament new, nice, clean, safe, host is very nice and helpfull, i had a very pleasant stay there!
