The apartment is 200 meters from the metro and that's great! Ruben is a calm and communicative guy. The building has an elevator which is excellent!

Overall, it was a great experience. The room is quite small, but accurately described in the listing, but I didn't really notice it much. Ruben was super friendly and nice and it shaped my experience. I lived 3 nice weeks in a quiet neighborhood, going to the beach everyday, living in a friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend

Ruben was a good host, provided information about local facilities such as recommending local cafes, provided information about public transport, getting the tourist card, local bike hire, and nearby convenient stores to buy stuff. Ruben replied to messages promptly and answered my questions. Would recommend this place again.

My experience with the host has been fantastic. He is a super attentive, friendly, and very accessible person, with whom I've laughed a lot and who did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. The apartment and the area are nice for spending a few days. During my stay it was quite hot and I missed having air conditioning throughout my stay, as that would have made the experience more comfortable. As a first experience with this type of accommodation, I also realized that, for my travel style, I prefer the privacy and services offered by a hotel. Still, I totally recommend staying with him if you're looking for a close, friendly host who is always willing to help.

Ruben was a delight from when I arrived. It was very easy to communicate and coordinate for check in. Couldn't have expected a better hospitality, the room and apartment is exactly like the description, and Ruben made me feel right at home. The apartment is a bit further from the center but there's a metro nearby that makes it easy to get anywhere within 20-30min. I recommend staying at Ruben's place especially if you want to be away from the tourist areas and get more of a local feel.

Ruben is the sweetest and kindest guy. Everything described matches the reality. Photos are accurate. It's a lovely apartment with everything you'll need. A fully functional kitchen is provided. Metro, shops are within walking distance.

Ruben was like a old friend I never met before super helpful great information bout where to go or how to travel by the T ( metro as they call it) . The fact you can go to all the beaches and even when things got bad for me Ruben helped me out. This was best birthday trip ever !

The place is clean and accurate as the photo. The best location for the trip everything is close by and the subway in right next to the apartment. Ruben was a great host and great communication.
