David's place is spotless clean and exactly like the pictures! He was extremely helpful in extending flexibility for my late check out and using the washer for my laundry. He's such a friendly host who always take care of his guests. Thank you David!

David was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming & ready with great advice on what to do in Barcelona, including LGBT places/activities. He kindly received me late at night after my flight and made me feel at home. The apartment is neat, ideally located near metro stations (most spots ~20 min rides). Great facilities: kitchen, laundry & building with elevator! A highlight is the amazing terrace full of plants David cares for himself, perfect for reading or enjoying a meal. Truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it!

David was very sweet and helpful, the place is clean and well kept, and the location is fairly easy to get to. however the room is more on the basic side but does the job. would definitely recommend for short stays or if you're not seeking maximum comfort.

We had a very nice stay at Davids place. Davis is a very nice person and a good host: good communication, reactive and helpful. The apartment is located near good metro connection to the city center & the shared terrace at the apartment is awesome. It is practical to telework as well. We recommend!

Everthying with the accommodation was great. David was really good and I felt like at home with him. He has a good sense of humor and he's very helpful. You won't regret booking it.

I had a fantastic stay at David's place. David was so helpful and kind from the moment I booked to the moment I left, and his apartment is lovely. The bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. It's very easy to get to the city centre and airport on the metro and it's in a quiet area and I had a great stay. Highly recommended. Mil gracias David!
