Moy, the host, is wonderful. He is very responsive and the location of his property is close to great locations nearby. The place is easy to get to. There's an elevator that makes so much easier when traveling with heavy luggage. Overall I'm very happy to have stayed here. :)

The room is spacious and very sunny with a very comfortable mattress. Even though it's in the center of Barcelona, the room is very quiet. On the other hand, Moy was very friendly and attentive at all times. Communication before my arrival was very quick and he helped me with everything I asked. Highly recommended if you're going to spend a few days in Barcelona.

Great room with a good bed, a table and chair to work, good wifi, great location, nice host. Only one minor thing: you have to keep the shower in your hand. There is no standard. But besides that: everything is perfect

Moy was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The suite was renovated and quite nice. The building was old and located in a poor neighborhood. The suite is located on the forth floor and there is no elevator. Getting luggage up to the suite was a challenge. If you come home late in the evening you have to navigate the cockroaches on the stairway. Moy had several showings of his suite while we were staying there without considerable notice. We had money, passport and jewelry in our room and while the room was being showed we were asked to leave the suite. Nothing happened, but I had concerns about my personal property.

Just to clarify: the area is central and multicultural, not a"poor"one. Due to Barcelona's humidity,occasional cockroaches can unfortunately be seen outside, never in the apartment. There was only one architect visit, and he did not enter your bedroom. I messaged you the night before, but you only replied the next day. My reminders were to keep the shower clean, not use it as a toilet (that was disgusting), respect quiet hours and the no-smoking rule, which was ignored. Your snoring and coughing could also be heard throughout the Aptmnt as you sleep with the door open.

I stayed in this place in Barcelona and loved it! 😍 The location was super central, so I could walk to most of the main spots. The room was just as described, a comfy bed, fresh towels, and a nice, clean space. The host was warm, helpful, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was flexible and totally hassle-free. I'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it.🫶🏼
