Kevin, who is super nice, provides a comfortable room and his apartment is extremely well located to discover Barcelona on foot or by metro (station very close). A real opportunity to discover the secrets of Raval. A little wink to our stay companion: Mr Burns!

Kevin is honestly a fantastic host. He's warm, thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel welcome in his home. He also happens to have great taste in music, which definitely adds to the atmosphere when he's home. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need. The guest room is big, with air conditioning and a proper double bed. The building is old, but charming, very Barcelona kind of way. The location is also excellent, with pretty much all the central areas within around a 15-minute walk. I've stayed in many different B&Bs over the years, and Kevin's place is easily one of the best experiences I've had. It was a great week! And then there's Mr. Burns, Kevin's ridiculously adorable pug. Even the most committed cat dad will probably end up completely in love with him. Five stars, without hesitation! A great place to stay with a lovely host. He created an app to help guide you in area, we only had a quick overnight stay but found a lovely tapas restaurant nearby with his recommendation.

Kevin and his adorable dog, Mr. Burns, were excellent hosts. The room is exactly as described. It was perfect for spending two nights in Barcelona. El Raval is conveniently located. I very much appreciated Kevin's hospitality, along with the comfortable bed, air conditioning, and morning coffee.

Great experience with Kevin and Mister Burns (his cute dog). Very laid back and flexible. Had some great conversations. Barcelona is a fantastic city and from this location I could easily reach some of the highlighted districts (like Gaixample). Any time again.

We had a wonderful stay! Goncalves was an incredibly welcoming and gracious host from the moment we arrived. He even helped us with our luggage, which was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. The apartment was cute, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were especially grateful for the A/C in the bedroom during our summer stay! Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and communication with Goncalves was absolutely superb—friendly, responsive, and easy throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!
