Large air-conditioned room, bright and conveniently located.

Kevin and his adorable dog, Mr. Burns, were excellent hosts. The room is exactly as described. It was perfect for spending two nights in Barcelona. El Raval is conveniently located. I very much appreciated Kevin's hospitality, along with the comfortable bed, air conditioning, and morning coffee.

Great experience with Kevin and Mister Burns (his cute dog). Very laid back and flexible. Had some great conversations. Barcelona is a fantastic city and from this location I could easily reach some of the highlighted districts (like Gaixample). Any time again.

We had a wonderful stay! Goncalves was an incredibly welcoming and gracious host from the moment we arrived. He even helped us with our luggage, which was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. The apartment was cute, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were especially grateful for the A/C in the bedroom during our summer stay! Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and communication with Goncalves was absolutely superb—friendly, responsive, and easy throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at the place. It's perfectly located in Barcelona for visiting the city. Walking distance to a lot of places. The room was great (very modern, AC, projector to watch stuff). Everything was super clean. Kevin is a great host. The communication beforehand and the Check-In/Out were super easy and fast. During the stay Kevin gave us a lot of local tips (Food, LGBTQ+ spots) and he even made an app for that. The cutest part was Kevin's dog who was always down for a cuddle. We can only recommend this place and would come back anytime.

Kevin was very welcoming. His flat is beautiful. It's very near the ferry terminal and the city centre so was ideal for us.

Great location close to metro stations and central spots. Goncalves is an amazing host, friendly, available, and easy to talk to. He maintains his place neat clean. I'd stay there again if I am ever back in Barcelona.

I don't have enough words to describe my stay with Kevin. When others refused to accommodate my two friends, Kevin welcomed us with open arms. It was my first time staying in Barcelona, and I can honestly say that Kevin made settling in so much easier. From the very beginning, it felt like we had known him for years. The apartment truly felt like a home. It was spotless, comfortable, and in a fantastic location for exploring the city. We felt so relaxed that it almost seemed like Kevin was our guest, not the other way around! And I can't forget his adorable dog, who gave us so much love every time we petted him. 10/10 for you, Kevin! Thank you so much, and we hope to see you again soon. ☺

Perfect stay for our week in Barcelona. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and perfectly located! It has close proximity to transit and all the attractions, without having to deal with the chaos of the crowded areas. Kevin is so considerate and respectful and we felt so comfortable as guests. Plus his pug is so friendly and adorable 🥰 Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
