Cozy room in Raval

I had a really great stay with Hemerson. From the moment I arrived, he made everything easy and comfortable. the whole check-in process was smooth and welcoming. Hemerson is kind, friendly, and very easy to be around. I genuinely enjoyed my time there and would happily stay with him again. Definitely a lovely part of my Barcelona trip 😊

The experience was overall positive and I have nothing negative to report regarding the house or the practical management of the stay. I particularly appreciated the fact that the owner waited for me during check-in, which happened quite late, around 11:30 PM, due to my flight delay. The only aspect that personally I found a bit different from my expectations concerns the interaction during the stay. Having chosen a room in a shared house, I perhaps expected a bit more open and sociable welcome, even just a few questions about how the trip was going or if I needed anything, but all of that was missing. In fact, several times I felt almost uncomfortable in the apartment, as if I were in the way. I believe this is a very subjective aspect and probably my experience was different from that of other guests. Nothing to say, therefore, about the owner's availability and correctness: simply, personally, I would have appreciated a bit more warmth and interaction, which I consider one of the added values of this type of stay.

Very good experience these days in Hemer and Hemmet's apartment. Both were very nice, kind and always with the best attitude. You can see that Hemer has been renovating and transforming the place into an increasingly welcoming, beautiful and comfortable space. I felt very good with the atmosphere and well received. Hemerson was extremely accommodating on my late arrival due to a very long delay with my flight. Thank you so much. The place is lovely and centrally located. Hemerson is easygoing and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. The room is comfortable and perfect for a short stay. The atmosphere in the apartment is relaxed and cordial and welcoming. It's a beautiful apartment, well appointed with lots of light and air. I love all the plants which really add to the atmosphere. I would recommend this place as a great base to explore BCN. Right in the heart of the bustling neighbourhood of Ravel.

Hemerson was a fantastic host, very attentive, welcoming, and always helpful. The apartment is perfectly located in Raval, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean, with lots of storage space and a cozy, comfortable bed. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend Hemerson's place!

Hemerson was a great host. He gave me lots of tips about the area and was very easy to communicate with. His apartment is as pictured in the photos and is in a convenient location to access the metro stations, the gay neighborhood, and the Gothic Quarter. I would definitely stay with him again and would recommend his place to others.

The stay in Hemerson's apartment has been totally pleasant. His apartment is true to the description of the listing. Central location and I received responses to my inquiries at all times, as well as suggestions for several things to do in the city. If I visit Barcelona again, I will definitely do so with him again.

Hemerson was friendly and flexible with both check-in and check-out, and he even helped carry my luggage up the stairs, which I really appreciated. The apartment was clean and matched what was shown in the pictures.

Communication with the Hemerson was easy and timely. He was polite on arrival and the room is cozy with plenty of wardrobe space. The location is great and walkable to many sights. Cleanliness could be a lot better. Midweek Hemerson asked to have a "friend" over and I agreed wanting to be respectful as a guest in his home, but there was intimate noise that disrupted my sleep and made the situation uncomfortable. Clearer boundaries around guests and better upkeep would improve the stay.
