Magnificent Loft with views of the Cathedral

I didn't get to meet Txema but Carlos was a fantastic host. The apartment is amazing, gorgeous, expertly designed and in a wonderful location very close to lots of amazing areas of Barcelona. I will absolutely stay there again.

I cannot stress how beautiful this place is. The location is also amazing, right next to the 15th-century cathedral and close to a lot of lovely eateries and other amenities. Communication throughout was efficient and everything went down flawlessly

The stay at Txema and Carlos's apartment was excellent. Communication was smooth and they were kind and attentive. Well-furnished and functional apartment, with the added charm of being located in the heart of the historic center, right next to the Cathedral. Highly recommended; I would gladly return myself.

I had a very comfortable stay in Txema's apartment. The loft was just as described and I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I arrived to the time I left. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and it is in a great location! Txema is a great host and he was very helpful with any questions or needs that I had. I would be very happy to stay here again upon a future visit to Barcelona.

The location can't be beat. Its central and close to everything I was looking for. I came before my check in time and yet he was still willing to come downstairs and help me with my luggage. The room is spacious enough for what I was looking for. I will recommend to anyone who is just looking for a place to come relax after a long day or night. The only downside is that its at the 4th floor and the elevator wasn't working.

Negative experience. The room was made out of a space in the living area so I could hear everything both in the morning when they woke up and in the evening, in fact last night they came back after 1 AM and made a huge noise with doors, glasses and other things as if there was no one around. Then the service is B&B bed and breakfast, but I saw no breakfast at all, not even a coffee. He even pointed out that if I bought water I could put it in the fridge, so he wouldn't even give me a glass of water. The bathroom was a bit dirty. Negative experience, I don't recommend it.

Txema and Carlos went above and beyond, had a delicious dinner together upon my arrival and offering detailed, thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants and surf spots nearby. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The house itself is stunning, with a wonderful interior design. Located in the very heart of the city, it offers both convenience and excellent accessibility to the airport. One of our most cherished memories will be the beautiful sound of the church bells ringing nearby. I was genuinely sad to leave and wished I could have stayed longer. I am already planning to look for their place again if I visit Barcelona in the future. Thank you both once again for such a memorable experience!

The apartment is fantastic and has a stunning view of the cathedral. I enjoyed complete freedom and very good advice from Txema, who is an extremely kind host. There was the perfect balance between privacy and moments of sharing. Everything perfect, highly recommended!
