Nice place, great location and Michel is a lovely, caring host. The apartment and thus the room is kinda inward oriented, only facing an inner light shaft / balcony with buzzing airco, on the first floor. It's very compact, room directly adjacing the livingroom/kitchen/bathroom. Not that much privacy but, value for money.

I've been to Barcelona before and really enjoyed this area. It was very easy to get around and close to several public transportation spots. The host was great at communication and was very welcoming. I'd recommend staying here!

Michel went above and beyond with his recommendations and communication. Checking in was an easy process. The room was exactly as described. He also makes the best coffee in all of Barcelona!! I would absolutely recommend his accommodation.

Michel is a truly wonderful host. It was my first time in Barcelona, and his recommendations were incredibly helpful. The location of the apartment is also great. There are two metro stations within walking distance, as well as some lovely tapas bars and bakeries nearby.

Michel is clearly part Italian grandmother and part Jewish grandmother, because I have never felt more taken care of. Cake, coffee, recommendations for places to go, great food, cultural events—you name it. Michel is going to put his considerable shoulders into making sure you have a wonderful stay. Trust him. Book his room and enjoy what feels like a pure sanctuary: dark, quiet, comfortable, and just the perfect nest. I have not slept this well in a very, very long time. Thank you, Michel, for creating what truly felt like a home away from home. I'm grateful.

Michel was an absolutely fantastic host! His place is perfectly located, making it easy to explore Barcelona. He was kind, thoughtful, and full of great recommendations, with a wonderful sense of humor. Michel is an incredible host! His place is clean, comfortable, exactly as described, and conveniently located near public transportation and Barcelona landmarks. As a vegan, I really appreciated his great local food recommendations. When my phone was unfortunately stolen while I was elsewhere exploring Barcelona, Michel was incredibly kind and helpful as I dealt with the situation. Perfect for solo travelers—highly recommend! Plus, he has a cute dog!
