Three metro lines run nearby, and the train station is right next door. You can reach the best spots in Barcelona in just minutes, and if you want to visit the best beaches, the train is right behind the building. A quiet, relaxing, and welcoming place. A €17/week fee for shared utilities (electricity, gas, water, and internet) is added to the total and must be paid at check-in or weekly. The fee is €25/week if the reservation is for 2 people. Use of the washing machine costs 2€ per load. Use of the air conditioner costs 7€ per week. EU regulations require that the temperature be set no lower than 25°. For safety and security reasons, the use of plug-in heaters is not permitted.
