Welcome to my home in Warsaw! 🌿

I’m happy to welcome friendly, respectful, and open-minded travellers from around the world. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and at home while enjoying your stay in Warsaw.

📍 Location

My apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood of Warsaw, around 30 minutes from the city centre and 20 minutes from Warsaw Chopin Airport by taxi or public transport (metro and bus).

🏡 Your stay

The apartment is 34 square meters. You will have access to a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm). If you prefer a more budget-friendly option, I also offer a discounted arrangement where you can sleep on a comfortable Air Mattress while I sleep on bed.

I have a large 77-inch Smart TV in front of the bed, together with a PlayStation 5 Pro and many games that you are welcome to enjoy during your stay. The TV also has access to Netflix and other streaming platforms — you are welcome to log in with your own accounts and enjoy your favourite shows (please remember to log out before leaving).

💪 Fitness & lifestyle

For fitness lovers, I have a small home gym on the balcony, including an adjustable bench and dumbbells with weight plates up to 45 kg per dumbbell. Feel free to use the equipment and keep up with your training while travelling.

🥐 Breakfast & kitchen

Make yourself at home! You are welcome to use the kitchen and enjoy basic breakfast items available during your stay, such as eggs, milk, cereal, coffee, tea, and other everyday essentials.

I want guests to feel relaxed and comfortable, so feel free to use shared kitchen items. Some personal belongings may be stored separately or marked as private.

🐾 Pets

As a professional pet sitter, I may occasionally have a friendly dog or cat staying with me. If I am looking after an animal during your dates, I will let you know in advance so you can decide if this is comfortable for you.

🌈 LGBTQ+ friendly & open-minded home

I enjoy meeting kind, respectful people from different backgrounds and I am especially happy to welcome members of the LGBTQ+ community and other open-minded travellers.

🏳‍🌈 Clothing-optional comfort

I welcome both nudists and non-nudists. I am comfortable with social nudity in a home environment, but I fully respect everyone’s personal boundaries and preferences. If you prefer a fully clothed environment, that is absolutely fine. The most important thing is that everyone feels relaxed and respected.

🏡 Your Own Private Apartment

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. I won’t be present, so you can enjoy complete privacy, independence, and comfort throughout your visit. Make yourself at home and feel free to enjoy the space as your own! 😊

🍷 Hospitality

I want you to feel like you are staying at a friend’s home rather than just a hotel. You are welcome to enjoy shared items available in the apartment, including basic drinks and kitchen supplies. If you are unsure whether something is available for guests, simply ask.

💆 Wellness

If you would like to relax after exploring Warsaw, I also offer massages, specialising in the buttocks area and between them (€150/hour, no fun) by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

🚗 Parking

Free street parking is usually available directly in front of the building or across the street near the local store.
