My apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of Quito's Financial District, just 10 minutes from Quicentro (one of the city's main shopping malls) and 5 minutes from Granados Plaza, Riocentro, and UDLA University. A quick Uber or bus ride will take you to plenty of great restaurants, as well as the city's gay bars and clubs. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The bedroom and living room are separate spaces, so there's room to relax and unwind. We would be sharing a bed, so it's an ideal setup for someone who's comfortable with that arrangement and plans to spend most of their time exploring the city!
