THE FLAT is very cosy, hard wood floor with a double bed with two seasons duvet, ant allergies pillows,and the finest cotton bed linen by Orla Kiely, Sanderson and other top designers. . Fresh soft bath towels,bath robes and slippers to pamper yourself. A Separate fully equipped Kitchen with, fridge and freezer, reversible micro wave oven, washing machine and a tumble drier which makes a huge difference when not having to do your laundry outside. Plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery set and knives. This is def. not the basic boring two plates two glasses most of the places offer. Two wardrobe with plenty of wooden hangers and drawers. There are some plants with we kindly ask the guest to water from time to time during a long stay.

THE LOCATION - It is absolute fabulous, just 2 mins walk from the main Tube stations such as COVENT GARDEN AND LEICESTER SQUARE which are both convenient especially when one travels from any HEATHROW TERMINALS avoiding extra taxi fares. We are in the heart of Theatre land, and all the restaurants and museums of London's West End are a short stroll away. Seven Dials is now the premier shopping area of Covent Garden with plenty of unique boutiques. The location is ideal for people who love the theatre and the other arts! And very quiet comparing to other parts of Covent Garden.

THE HOSTS: Marcus and Rick both work in the theatre and cinema. We are a well travelled couple and enjoy meeting new people. Marcus speaks Portuguese, Italian, and Spanish, and Rick can translate from American! We love sharing London with all it has to offer.

This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy London as it best and please also remember to keep the noise at very low level as this is a family building.

No Smoking indoors and please no shoes as we try to keep the place fresh and clean at all times.

The nearby Seven Dials hotels charge hundreds of pounds a night for this location in the heart of the West End, and we are pretty sure it is much nicer to be in a home away from home and paying much less!
