Beautiful and cozy bedroom, just 13 minutes from the Gay Village

You have access to the entire basement except for rooms that are locked. On the main floor, you can use the main kitchen and its accessories. The other rooms on this floor are off-limits (living room, dining room, and other areas). This floor is under video surveillance for security reasons. You must use the basement dining area for meals.

2. Kitchenette:

In the white metal cabinet in the kitchenette, you will find:
• Plates and bowls
• Utensils
• Cups and glasses
• Plastic bin to carry dishes to the main kitchen for cleaning (dish soap is on the kitchen counter)
• Microwave
• Mini fridge
• Toaster ovens
• Coffee machine with 4 K-cup pods and extra instant coffee
• Electric kettle with tea and sugar

PLEASE BE CAREFUL NOT TO USE TWO HEATING ELEMENTS AT THE SAME TIME.
For example: toaster and kettle — only one at a time to avoid a power overload.

• You can leave garbage bags on the right side of the house, where you’ll find two bins: BLUE for recycling, BLACK for household garbage. If the bins are not full when you leave, you can leave your bags in them.

3. Bathroom:
• Towels are on the towel warmer. Extra towels are under the bathroom sinks.
• You can place your used (dry, not wet) towels in the blue basket near the toilet at the end of your stay.
• Shower gel and shampoo are provided in the shower.
• Hair dryer is in one of the drawers under the sinks.
• The toilet is equipped with an electric bidet. Use the remote located in the black basket facing the toilet.
Please do not use bleach or strong products on the toilet seat, as it may cause damage.

PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH WIPES — ONLY TOILET PAPER.

4. Laundry Room:
• Use of the washer and dryer is paid and upon request — please contact us before use.
$30 for stays of 15 days or less, or $50 for a month.

5. Bedroom:
• Extra blankets and pillows can be found in the closet.
• The TV is connected to streaming apps like Netflix and Apple TV.

6. Guest Lounge:
• You have access to the 43-inch TV in this room, connected to Netflix.
Use the BELL remote.

HOUSE RULES:

• By booking this property, you agree to the following rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
• Check-in from 3:00 PM
• Check-out before 12:00 PM

CLEANING FEES:
• Cleaning fees are included in your payment. Cleaning is done after you leave.
• If the property is left extremely dirty, a $150 CAD fee may be charged through the ******** platform.

SMOKING POLICY:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and common areas.
$250 CAD fine will apply if violated, charged through ********.

PARTIES & NOISE:
• No parties or loud noise after 11 PM.
• Violation results in a $200 CAD fine through ******** and may lead to suspension of the guest’s account.

PETS:
• No pets are allowed in the apartment.

LOSS & DAMAGE:
• A strict inventory of all items in the apartment is maintained. Charges will be applied via ******** for any loss, theft, or damage.
