No smoking, no parties. But If you want to smoke you can go to the balcony, not a problem. If you want to use the kitchen always have everything to use, when you arrive at the apartment on the day of check-in present a document of identification, if you want to have changes on your stay you can always chat, not party, no drugs, if you want to get some visit (guest) please let me know first and have a lot of care and responsibility to replace or pay for any damage or lost.
