If you're looking for a peaceful stay in a family-friendly and relaxed atmosphere, then don't hesitate! Panayiotis makes you feel comfortable right away and helps you out if needed! The villa is a haven of peace located not far from Larnaca. The neighborhood and its residents are very nice. I would go back there with my eyes closed! I really fell in love with Cyprus and this lovely Villa made it more wonderful. Panos was kind and helpful and spending time at night with him and his partner after day touring so delightful. He lives a very good life and truly makes one see how special Cyprus is. The room, the pool, breakfast, him and his friend's company, superb. We had a lot of similar views which made me feel like I've known them for years, like old friends. I can't wait to return, I wish I was staying a month, what a great experience.

This villa is really a jewel as described and the perfect place to stay in Larnaca. Panos and his partner are lovely hosts, always helpful and assisting with whatever needs. I spent great evenings with them at the pool with a beer and nice talks. It was a great pleasure staying there and I will stay there again when coming back to Cyprus. Thank you Panos!

The place of Panayiotis is amazing!! My stay was just like perfect!! You couldn't find a better place at Larnaca. Peaceful, relaxing and Zen!! The swimming pool is also one of the best parts of his place. You would feel like you are in your own private villa!! His hospitality was impeccable. Just like we do with friends, he will sincerely host you and care for your stay. Every single moment was more than great. I definitely recommend!!
