The house, very recently renovated by an interior designer, offers every comfort with 3 bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a catalytic oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction hob with integrated extractor hood.
The 15 m2 courtyard is ideal for storing bikes, surfboards and other beach gear. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your convenience.

Christelle and Fred offer a warm welcome all year round at the Beauséjour restaurant, just 50 meters away (they even organize concerts in the restaurant on certain evenings). And if there's anything you're missing, the "clos du verger" grocery store will welcome you every day of the week, from early morning until around 8pm! And with a smile!
Finally, the scent of Philippe Renault's fabulous croissants (one of Dinard's best bakeries) will tickle your nostrils as soon as you step outside.
But above all, it's the peace and quiet that will seduce you to the house. The neighborhood is paved, and there are very few cars (parking spaces are free). Take a bath, leave the window open and let yourself be lulled by the cries of the seagulls and the swell!
