If you are looking for a safe and comfortable home to stay in, just say you are “Staying with Friends”. We are a gay couple living in a 1980’s ranch-style house. We have one guest room, furnished with a Queen bed. The bed is new, topped with memory foam for an extra comfortable nights sleep. The room comes with a shared or private bathroom. You will also have shared use of the house complete with coffee in the kitchen and a washer, dryer, kitchen, decks, a jacuzzi soaking room and yard.

We live in a four bedroom, three bathroom home in Stratford, Prince Edward Island, just five minutes from historic downtown Charlottetown. The island is perfect for driving out on those magical mystery day tours.
“Staying with Friends” Mr. B&B welcome all male, female, single or couples as guests. Being a gay couple, we love the concept of offering a safe and comfortable place for all to relax. Venture out to the beaches, shops and the variety of restaurants around the island.

Roy and Thom were great hosts. We had opportunities when I got there and in the 2 evenings to chat and talk about various travels we did. In the day, I was out and exploring but it was great to get back to friendly hosts. The location was quiet as well, with no city noises or traffic. Communication before and during the stay was seamless, it did feel like visiting friends.

Roy and Thom's warm welcome made our 2-night stay in their lovely big home very enjoyable. The guest room, including the large bed, were very comfortable. There was also a good Dyson room cooler which kept the temperature very comfortable when needed. A small separate refrigerator was provided for us to keep some food items which was very helpful. The location is a bit of a distance outside Charlottetown in a peaceful suburban district called Stratford (over the Hillsborough Bridge) but quite accessible with our rental car (about10-15 min.' drive from downtown Charlottetown). We had some great chats, too. It was a very pleasant stay. They made us feel 'at home'.

I really enjoyed my time in PEI. The hosts Roy and Tom are fabulous. They offered to cook for me but I didn't eat with them, as I wanted to see as much of PEI as I could. They allowed me to use their washer and dryer, which was great as I didn't want to do laundry when got back to Vancouver, 🇨🇦. Thanks for hosting me darlings. 🏳🌈. Feel free to contact me for travel tips for Puerto Vallarta! Haaaay!

Roy and Thom were exceptional hosts. Not only did they provide clean and comfortable accommodations, they also provided a warm and friendly atmosphere to stay. Because there was the remnants of a hurricane on check-in day, Roy allowed us to arrive early. From then on, we were welcomed with friendly conversation as well as advice on restaurants and things to do while visiting PEI. They are gracious hosts with many interesting stories to share. Thank you.

Nice stay with 2 great hosts. Roy and Thomas are both well educated and full of interesting stories. Very accommodating and welcoming. I enjoyed the chats out on the back deck and had a great sleep on the new mattress.
