Welcome to our highly specified and extremely clean modern lakeside house, enjoying an almost village like feel, but has a wide range of great shops, bars and restaurants so close. We take pride in our high quality large en-suite bedroom with comfortable bed and superb quality bed and bath linen and a high quality modern shower-pod.

Being by a lake doesn't mean you miss out on great quality local amenities, which include local shops, restaurants, a lakeside pub as well as a shopping centre with supermarket and a Marks and Spencer, Next and Boots less than 15 minutes walk away. For those that like great food there is an amazing privately family run Italian restaurant and country feel waterside pub less than two minutes walk away.
Our home is extremely modern, very clean and well presented. We love meeting our guests and take great pride in our facilities and guest comfort to make your stay pleasurable and a real "home from home"
To find us we are approx 5 minutes by car from/to the A1/East of England showground from the A15 and 10 mins from/to Peterborough railway station.
Within a minutes walk for those who have not arrived by car, there are regular transport links by bus to the city centre and surrounding areas every 20 minutes.
We have a super landscaped Mediterranean inspired style garden which our guests are welcome to use (spring and summer gets the best weather) during your stay.
We truly want our guests to feel relaxed and look forward to welcoming you on arrival, explain our facilities, how things work and what’s available during your stay to help you settle in and get to know the local area and it's amenities and to answer any questions you may have, whilst respecting your privacy.

It was great to be hosted by Andi & Mark. The room was as described and the bed very comfortable. The location ideal for my needs and an added bonus was various eating options just round the corner. Andi, Mark & Frankie were warm, generous and very friendly.

It was with huge disappointment that we had to cancel our planned visit at the very last minute due to a family crisis. We sincerely hope that it did not cause too much inconvenience to Andi and the household after preparing for visitors. We will certainly make plans to make another booking in the very near future. Did not think my next visit would be so soon. Even though this meant a one hour detour it is worth it to enjoy the comfort of the spacious bedroom, excellent and hospitable hosts, amenities within a few minutes walking distance. Peter
