The home is surrounded by huge pine trees and mountain views that will make you feel like you are in the middle of a mountainous village! There is a sense of privacy and solitude that surrounds the house. In reality, you are in the middle of a perfect winter or summer vacation spot in the mountains, half way between Salt Lake City and Park City about 20 minutes each way along I-80 in the community of SUMMIT PARK, Close to The Canyons, Deer Park and Sundance as well as other major ski resorts in the Cottonwoods canyons, such as Alta, Snowbird and Brighton. The house is ideal for a family or a group of friends that prefers the privacy and independence of a home during their stay.

The property is made up of 2 units and the homeowner lives part-time in the smaller one below. It is completely separate from the vacation rental home offered here with its own entrance and parking space and most often guests don't even know he is there.

There is a pool table, large screen TV. and a gas-log fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen for home cooking with covered balcony. There is access to the back, lower deck with private hot tub where clothing optional soaking and relaxing is permissible . There is a bedroom with a bunk bed adjacent to a full bathroom.

There is a small 2nd seating area with large windows. The house offers lots of windows and balconies to let the outside views of mature pine trees and mountains into the different rooms of the house. There is an attached one car garage with external parking for three or more cars.

UPPER LEVEL, 1,200 SQ. FT. A master bedroom has a king size bed looking out over a covered balcony with flat screen TV.. A second master bedroom has a Queen size bed adjacent to covered balcony. An adjoining bedroom includes a bunk bed. There is a loft with day bed with trundle bed, as well as a private balcony.

The upper seating area has comfortable rocking chairs. There is a full bathroom and separate laundry area with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The house has a total of 4 balconies and 3 terraces, excluding the front and back deck, to enjoy the beauty of the mountain setting throughout the house.
