My house is located in the QUIET and nicer RESIDENTIAL area of Niagara Falls NY, called Deveaux. If you are looking for a place to relax and mellow down, we are your place. My house is small with a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. It is OFF THE BEATEN TRACK but yet, local attractions are just stone throw away.
There are 4 rooms available to rent and 2 bathrooms to share. Parking spots are available on my driveway as well as free street parking (safe).

I expect my guests to respect my space as if it is their own. 1. Be considerate of other guests by cleaning up after themselves when using the public space ie. bathroom, living room. 2. Quiet hours are between 11p-7am, meaning, try to minimize noise at night so you and other guests can enjoy a good night sleep. Please close doors GENTLY and QUIETLY. 3. Secure the premise by making sure the front main door is shut close 4. Conserve energy. Our children will have better environment tomorrow 5. Smoking is only allowed OUTSIDE of the house. 6. Unfortunately, due to previous not-so-good experiences, I will no longer allow guests to use or have access to my kitchen. 7. I apologize but I can not accommodate guests with children below 10. 8. Parking on my driveway is on 1st come 1st serve basis. Street parking is safe. Further parking instructions will be sent shortly. 9. For safety reasons, Non-guests are NOT permitted within the property.

Ray is an absolutely exceptional host. We received the most authentic welcome upon arrival, and delightful hospitality throughout our stay. He provided us with suggestions of things to do that were wonderful. He even brought two bottles of chilled wine to our room (with glasses) to celebrate my husband's birthday. He truly made our stay so special. The room was nicely decorated and everything was clean and in good working order. Communications good and descriptions accurate. HIGHLY recommend!
