300 meters from the beaches of Costa de Caparica and in the center of the city, VILA MARIA LOFT byHOST-POINT is the perfect place to stay for two, quiet and romantic to enjoy the sea, restaurants and the city of Lisbon as well.

VILA MARIA LOFT byHOST-POINT is an ex-pigeon loft fully restored and adapted to today's comfort requirements. Small, comfortable and romantic, there is also a fully equipped kitchen, a refined and romantic bathroom and an outside space for breakfasts for two. The bedroom on the first floor overlooks the shared Pool and Garden as well as the shared patio.

The Loft is totally private, for the exclusive use of our guests. It shares with another apartment a small typical Portuguese Páteo for outside meals.

The pool and garden area, free and shared by the complex, with small spaces, in the sun or shade, providing the conviviality among all our guests.

I and any of the co-hosts, we will always be available to clarify doubts, solve questions and for a glass of wine whenever work permits.

Add comfort to your stay with the additional transfer service that will take you from any point, directly to the accommodation and vice versa (Extra Cost).

Nearby Attractions

On the Costa de Caparica we reach everywhere on foot, from a promenade to the sea, to the restaurants, supermarkets, bars and local parks. The bicycle and the small train of the beaches are also options to know the entire coastal zone. There are direct buses to Lisbon that take around 1 hour and by car or taxi it takes 30 minutes to the center of the capital (25km).

- We do not have a reception and the check-in time will always have to be arranged in advance. - Check-in is free between 2 pm and 8 pm and is subject to availability and at a rate of 20 euros at different times. Late check-in without notice is subject to the same fee. - There are no check-ins after 24h. - Hours of Silence: 10pm and 8am (Especially important for those who go out at night.). - Unregistered people are not allowed in the accommodation.
