The house is located in a private gated community in the foothills of the mountain, a few meters from La Huasteca Park, the American Consulate and schools; UDEM, ASFM, SIERRAMADRE, FLDM, CEDIM among others.

The gated community has a 24/7 security guardhouse.

The house has all the amenities, iron, washer dryer, garage, barbecue, common garden with playground, basketball court.

The room has a double bed, in case of more than two guests there is a sofa bed in the room where one or two more people can sleep comfortably. The house has ample space and an incredible view of the mountains.
