It's my tremendous pleasure to stay with Luciano/Zim. They are simply the kindest hosts I meet. We connect immediately, despite my broken Spanish, and they are extremely helpful to show me what Santiago can offer. My stay isn't long but every day I enjoyed a lot, with their help - and I wouldn't think my time in Santiago would be this pleasing if not for them. Location wise, it is super convenient - very close to all the nice areas to explore. Would love to come back.

Luciano and partner were amazing hosts. Felt completely at home, so welcoming and friendly. Luciano also took time out to show me around the city which was very nice giving lots of tips on what to do and where to eat. I was also invited to join them for dinner with friends making my stay special.

Nothing but positives to express. Luciano and Jose are two beautiful spirits. I stayed with them during Christmas week. On Christmas Eve they had a couple of friends over for their celebration and I was invited to dine with them. They treated me as if I was part of their family and Jose cooked a delicious meal and we all had a great evening. This BNB was absolutely perfect for my stay. There's a supermercado across the street and several cafes/mini marts that sell really good empeñadas. On Sunday there's a huge street market. Luciano is also an excellent tour guide he took me around Santiago, Vina Del Mar and Valparaiso. He's very knowledgeable with the touristy areas and night life. Highly recommend!
