Quiet waterfront setting minutes from downtown

Terry was a great host, very attending to our needs and always helpful. We felt good in his openness. His place was particularly clean and well maintained. The bed was very confortable, quiet and we slept very well. The shower and bathroom were great. The location of his property is a plus since it is in the countryside but at the same time 5 minutes from downtown Moncton. Terry's home is peaceful, very clean and comfortable. Handy to city, but quiet and private. He is friendly and very helpful, offering useful hints about sites to see and places to eat. Watching the famous tide roll up the river from his porch was a bonus. You might catch a sight of eagles nesting in the trees by the river.

Sadly, we had to cancel, due to my poor trip planning. Terry was extremely communicative and generous in offering his advice and time. I regret we didn't make it to his place

Terry was a great host. Provided lots of info about the stay and answered any questions quickly. He was very welcoming and made my stay so easy and enjoyable. His place is in a beautiful location, nicely kept, clean and the bed was super comfortable. I would highly recommend his place and look forward to staying with him again sometime.

Very well located and Terry is very welcoming and he practices naturism himself so it's easy to feel comfortable. Room very comfortable but there is no air conditioning in the rooms so it gets a bit hot during heat waves.

Very good welcome from our host Terry. It is very well located, quiet and very clean. Terry welcomes people in a friendly and unpretentious way. Complete bathroom on the bedroom floor and well equipped. Too bad our host only speaks English (or almost), more difficult for communication.

Terry is a fantastic host, so helpful and knowledgeable about the area and a real pleasure to spend time with. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the location is convenient to all of the many sights and attraction in the area. Also, Kelly's Beach is only 80 minutes away, and is a great day trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Terry is a man of many backgrounds and skills. Communications with Terry were quick and accurate. His home is immaculate and located close to downtown although it feels like it is in a rural setting. You can be downtown by car in minutes. Appreciated that Terry has a flexible schedule and waited for me to arrive and check-in. Since my time in Moncton was brief, Terry recommended I go to Hopewell Provincial Park to see the iconic flowerpot rocks in this coastal park. It is certainly a "must see" for anyone travelling to this part of New Brunswick. Terry's waterfront property overlooks the banks of the Petitcodiac River which is the site of the famous tidal bore. Enjoyed spending time with Terry and learning more about his diverse background. A very pleasant overnight visit. Would definitely stay there again. Moncton is such an interesting town.
