Beautiful & Clean 2-Bedroom Townhouse On Private Street

This property could be one of the COOLEST places you'll ever stay in! My place is close to restaurants and dining, public transport, Missouri Western State University, the Belt Highway, Interstate 29, and more. It's very quiet and completely renovated (new furniture, new paint, new flooring, new appliances and more! You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the coziness, the cleanliness, the amenities (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc.), the quiet street, etc.

I am a "clean freak" and I am so particular about the cleanliness of my places, I do all of the cleaning myself (after all, no one can do it to meet my high standards LOL). My partner and I love hosting visitors to St. Joseph and do everything we can to make sure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable! ---------- We provide amazing amenities like an Amazon Echo (Alexa) in every room, wonderful decor, hair dryer, cooking utensils, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee maker, and so much more! This property is in a great location. Very private dead-end street (I own the entire street).

WHAT ABOUT PETS? Unfortunately, we do not accept pets on our properties. We LOVE animals, however, in order to be fair and consistent from guest to guest, we've had to adopt a "no pets" policy. In addition to the possibility of a pet soiling the carpet or causing some damage, pets can leave a dander behind that future guests may be allergic to. Because we want ALL of our guests to enjoy a clean, non-allergenic environment, this is another reason we don't allow pets in our properties. Thank you for understanding!

Please note that this is a two-bedroom property complete with two very nice and comfy queen-size beds. In order to maintain our properties in tip-top shape and the furnishings looking new, overnight sleeping is not allowed on the sofa. Thank you!

We are am available to answer any questions or just suggestions of dining or recreational activities, and love interacting with guests.
