The apartment was built for personal use. Is located in the center of Naxos town in a quiet neighborhood and only 5 minutes by foot from the nearest beach of St. George. Nearby within walking distance you can find restaurants, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy etc.

Second floor entrance leads to the living area where is the fully equipmt kitchen and a very spacious cosy living room. Going forward there are 1 bathroom with all essentials and amenities and a smaller secondary with WC. One master bedroom with a double bed and a second one with 2 single beds. There is also air-condition and blower fans.

The design is characterized by a fluid chromatic sequence through rigorous use of materials, such as Naxian marble.
