Excellent stay! Bent is a wonderful host, as is Rudy. Both are very welcoming and kind. Excellent moments spent in their company. The house and garden are magnificent. The view of the lake is exceptional. An ideal place for rest, relaxation, and nature while remaining close to major cities. Without a doubt, I will return ;) !

I was able to spend three wonderful days with Bent in Cudrefin. From my arrival to departure, I felt very comfortable and well-cared for by Bent and his partner. The house is beautifully situated and peaceful. From every room you have a wonderful view of the surrounding area and the Lake Neuchâtel. On beautiful days, a dreamlike sunset, as shown in the pictures. The hosts are very friendly, attentive, and communicative. Breakfast is very generous; if you don't want to drive to the village to eat, you can also book a 3-course menu, including aperitif and wine at a good price. The house is modern and open, the guest room is spacious and has direct access to the bathroom. There's plenty to do around Cudrefin. By car you can reach your destinations quickly. Many destinations are also accessible by public transport. The bus stop is only a 6-minute walk from the house. I can highly recommend a stay with Bent to you.

Nice host, great house and gorgeous sunset.

Bent offers a nice bedroom in a house in a small community out in nature with spectacular views over the lake of Neuchatel. I would recommend to at least have bicycles to get around, since public transportation is limited to mostly once an hour during the day. Bent is always concerned and helpful that you feel comfortable and have everything you need. While I had the chance to share the house with 3 couchsurfers there was nothing nudist about it. I walked a lot, to explore the area and took the bus, boat, train to get to other places in the region.

Bent's house is wonderfully located above the wetlands on Lake Neuchâtel in a very peaceful setting. From the living room and seating areas, you have a great view of the Jura mountains and the lake, as well as the opposite shore of Neuchâtel. The house is architecturally attractive and the furnishings are very modern. Bent is very friendly, communicative, and uncomplicated, and the contact is very quick and clear. I was traveling by bike. For dinner at the nearest restaurant, you should expect about 2 km on a side road. I highly recommend Bent's offer!
