You won't believe you're in the desert. My home is in a tree-lined development with 50 year old vegetation, community pool and hot tub, tennis courts, plus walking trails. The house will be available from Dec 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027. One month minimum. The whole first floor is for you plus there is an extra full bathroom upstairs. Quiet and serene, plua easy access to Sabino Canyon and other Tucson attractions. The house also has a garden with gazebo, lounge chairs and outdoor seating areas for your morning coffee. We're 5-10 degrees cooler than Phoenix and the mountains are so much closer. Come spend the winter here!

I like to hike, go to museums, and travel. We love Southern Arizona in all seasons. Hiking at 9,000 feet is one hour away. Summer brings swim parties at private homes and swimming holes in nearby creeks. Bicycling is a major pastime, and we're minutes away from the Rillito River trail which goes for miles and hooks up to a loop around the city. Don't forget downtown's booming restaurant and bar scene, the University area for both visual and mental stimulation, and world-famous museums of Anthropology and the Arizona/Sonora Desert Museum. Want to go to Mexico? We can show you how for an afternoon drive, or for a weekend if you want to hit the beach on the Sea of Cortez. We're 10 minutes from world famous Sabino Canyon, with hiking trails and a tram to the top. Walking trails along the Tanque Verde Wash, Ventana Canyon hiking are also nearby, plus lots of restaurants to choose from. About 20 minutes from Ted De Grazia's Gallery of the Sun and the exclusive La Encontada shopping center and all of the Foothills destinations. 25 minutes to the U of A and about 35 minutes to Tucson's up and coming downtown. The gay scene centers around entertaining at home, and we'll include you in anything that's going on.

I enjoy having guests in my beautiful home. You will full use of the house, which includes kitchen, dining room, living room, family room and large master bedroom plus master bath. The two bedrooms upstairs in this 2 story house will be for our private use and not available to you., although you may use the extra full bathroom upstairs. There is a guest bathroom downstairs plus the master bedroom bathroom. The house will be managed by a friend of ours who will meet you upon check-in, and when you check out.

Home is lovely, brightly lit, yet very private. The complex is also peaceful and beautiful. The place is very well located (for those with a car). Enjoyed my experience tremendously.
