Positioned between other popular suburbs, Seacroft is one of the best-connected parts of the city. It also has nearby food outlets and amenities that would cater to various tastes.
The house is also just beside Seacroft Hospital, close to Temple Newsam and Crossgates Train Station. Complimentary private parking is offered.
The house is located just off the A64 York Road which runs into the city, meaning you can get to Leeds city centre around 15 minutes by car. The location also has a very good bus route to and from Leeds running every 15 minutes.
