FUN: 15-20 min from Miraflores (Valetodo Nightclub) and several openmind, as well as Lima Cercado (Babylon Nightclub, Sagitario etc) and Saunas. GASTRONOMY: Restaurants like Astrid y Gaston, Madam Tusan, Tanta, El Bolivar, Cevicherias, Picanterias, Creole food, etc. CULTURAL: Close to Lima Historical fence, main museums such as Larco, MALI, among others. SPORTS: Bike paths and very close to the boardwalk.

In case of needing an iron or any other resource, please let us know one day in advance. 4. Guests may only enter the lobby or reception area of the building. 5. Finally, in order to maintain the space in optimal conditions, I ask you to treat the furniture and bedding with care. In the event of significant damage or stains, a reimbursement for repair or replacement costs will be arranged. Thank you for your help and for taking care of the accommodation we share!

Really very happy with the accommodation! The location is very central, it is easy to reach the historic area of Lima and the entertainment areas, above all it is a quiet residential area. The room is comfortable as it is offered, and there is availability to use the dining room, kitchen and even the laundry room, I felt at home. The next time I have a trip for work or rest I will definitely come back. Thanks Jorge!
