1. For security reasons, an image and registration of identity documents or passport may be requested before or during the entrance to the condominium.
2. Use the clothesline in the laundry room to dry or air wet or damp towels and/or garments, to avoid damaging the furnishings of the room.
3. In case of needing an iron or any other resource, please let us know one day in advance.
4. Guests may only enter the lobby or reception area of the building.
5. Finally, in order to maintain the space in optimal conditions, I ask you to treat the furniture and bedding with care. In the event of significant damage or stains, a reimbursement for repair or replacement costs will be arranged.
