The space is big for a single person, I asked Frank for the possibility to use a desk and he provided me with one. He gave me some details about places I wanted to visit and he even shared information about a festival near to his place, in Spain's Cultural Center (https://ccelima.org/) I was able to use a space in the fridge, the coffee maker and all the kitchen tools.

Alright place to stay, simple standard but with private bath with a good shower with hot water. The apartment is right next to the magical fountain park in Lima which is worth a visit. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to old Lima (downtown) and there is a bus wich goes to Milaflores right by the apartment. The communication with the owner went well both before and during the stay. He gave good information about how to get around Lima.

Excellent location. You have transportation, food, laundry services, money transfers, pharmacies within walking distance. Nothing bad to say.

It is located in the central area, you have nearby restaurants with different options (from 8 to 20 soles) and good prices, you can wash your clothes at an even better price around the corner from the apartment, nearby businesses to buy essential water, if you buy the trunk transport card you can reach Miraflores for one and a half soles. Close to all the gay entertainment places with water activities since you can reach the most important and busy ones by bus. The room is simple and bright. The bathroom is comfortable and always clean. The wifi signal is good. The host always responds promptly to inquiries or help.
