Double room and terrace - Miraflores Center

Private room for 1 or 2 people in a shared duplex apartment with a terrace, located half a block from Kennedy Park, in the heart of Miraflores.

You’ll have a spacious, bright room with direct access to the terrace, a private bathroom for guests, and access to the kitchen, laundry facilities, and common areas.

The terrace is one of the apartment’s most special features: a quiet place to relax, read, have a coffee, or simply unwind.

The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, public transportation, and the district’s main attractions, so you can explore much of Miraflores on foot. It’s also just one block from the official airport bus station (Airport Express, Kennedy Station).

During your stay, you’ll have access to:

Private bedroom: - Double bed. - Smart TV. - Desk. - Closet. - Wi-Fi. - Direct access to the terrace.

Private bathroom: - Full bathroom for guests’ exclusive use (not shared). - Sink located outside the shower and toilet area.

Common areas: - Terrace with living room, dining area, and mini-fridge. - Kitchen equipped for preparing light meals (food supplies not included). - Refrigerator and kitchen utensils. - Washing machine and clothesline (does not include detergent or laundry supplies).

You may use the apartment’s common areas during your stay, respecting the shared spaces and leaving the utensils and areas clean after use.

The only private space you won’t have access to is my personal bedroom.
