Private room for 1 or 2 with a terrace in the heart of Miraflores

Welcome to my home in Miraflores :)

This is a private room for 1 or 2 people in a very cozy duplex apartment, half a block from Kennedy Park, right in the heart of Miraflores.

The location is ideal for exploring Lima on foot: nearby you’ll find cafes, restaurants, bars, parks, and several LGBTQ+ venues. We’re also just a few minutes from the boardwalk, the ocean, and the parks along the Costa Verde, with easy access to Barranco, San Isidro, and other parts of the city.

The room features a double bed, Smart TV, desk, closet, Wi-Fi, and direct access to the terrace. It’s a comfortable space to rest, work, or simply unwind in the middle of the city.

The terrace, filled with plants, is one of my favorite spots in the house. You can sit there to have a drink, read, or chat. From there, you can access a comfortable living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and other common areas.

The apartment has two private guest rooms, which are booked separately, so there may be another guest in the second room. There are two full bathrooms with showers, both shared: one is next to this room, with the sink outside on the terrace, and the other is one level down—you can use whichever one you prefer and whichever is most convenient for you.

The home has a lot of character: wooden furniture, plants, items I’ve collected over the years, and warm lighting. I don’t want it to feel like an impersonal hotel, but rather like a real home—comfortable and full of character.

I’m an introverted, calm, and laid-back person, and that’s the same energy I strive to maintain at home. I want you to feel at home and use the spaces naturally: make yourself a spot in the fridge, cook, enjoy the terrace, relax in the living room, or simply stay in your room.

The space is designed for people who enjoy peace and quiet and a relaxed atmosphere, rather than for parties or large gatherings. If you meet someone while traveling and want to have them over, I don’t have a strict “no visitors” policy—I just ask that you let me know in advance and that the visit be discreet and respectful of the house and the other guests.

I’m not much of a party person myself, but I know Lima’s LGBTQ+ scene well. Downtown, one of the city’s most iconic gay nightclubs, is practically right behind the house. If you’re looking for venues, parties, or events, I can point you in the right direction.

For me, the apartment is a little bubble in the middle of Miraflores: you’re in a very lively part of Lima, but when you come back, you can slow down and relax.

You’ll be sharing the house with my two cats, Michu and Cosmo. Occasionally, you might also run into my dog, Shakti, when I take her out. All three are very used to living with guests.

Although I don’t always spend the night at the apartment, it’s my home, and I manage it personally. I stop by daily to take care of my pets and look after the place. You’ll have your independence during your stay, but I’ll always be nearby if you need anything.

In addition to being a host, I’m a private chef. If you’re interested in discovering Peruvian cuisine, I’d be happy to recommend markets, ceviche spots, restaurants, and off-the-beaten-path places.

The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator. The bedrooms are on the second level of the duplex and are accessed via a spiral staircase.
