Spacious and cozy room with a terrace in Miraflores

Welcome to my home in Miraflores :)

This is the largest room in the apartment, ideal for 1 or 2 people who appreciate having more space during their stay. It’s part of a very cozy duplex, half a block from Kennedy Park, right in the heart of Miraflores.

The location is excellent for exploring Lima on foot. Nearby, you’ll find cafes, restaurants, bars, parks, and several LGBTQ+ venues. You can also easily reach the boardwalk, the ocean, and the parks along the Costa Verde, and travel to Barranco, San Isidro, and other parts of the city.

The room features a double bed, a Smart TV, a desk with a chair, nightstands, Wi-Fi, ample storage space, and direct access to the terrace. Thanks to its size, it’s especially comfortable for stays of several days, for working from home, or simply for those who prefer a more spacious room.

The terrace, filled with plants, is one of my favorite spaces in the house. From there, you’ll have access to a comfortable and cozy living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and other common areas.

The apartment has two private guest rooms, which are booked separately, so there may be another guest staying in the second room.

There are two full bathrooms with showers, both shared and located outside the bedrooms. One is on the same level as the bedrooms, next to the other room and just a few steps away, and the second is one level down, next to the kitchen. You can use whichever one is more convenient for you.

The house has a lot of character: wooden furniture, plants, items I’ve collected over the years, and plenty of warm natural light. I don’t want it to feel like an impersonal hotel, but rather like a real, comfortable, and welcoming home.

I’m a rather introverted, calm, and laid-back person, and that’s the same energy I strive to maintain here. The space is designed especially for people who enjoy peace and quiet and a relaxed atmosphere. I’d love for you to make yourself at home—feel free to grab something from the fridge, cook, enjoy the terrace, relax in the living room, or simply close your bedroom door and have your own space.

This isn’t a house for parties or large gatherings. However, I understand that while traveling you might meet someone; if you’d like to have a one-time visitor, I simply ask that you let me know in advance and that you be respectful of the peace and quiet of the home and the other guests.

You’ll be sharing the space with my two cats, Michu and Cosmo, who live here. Occasionally, you might also run into my dog, Shakti, when I bring her along. They’re very used to living with guests.

Although I don’t always spend the night in the apartment, it’s my home, and I manage it personally. I go there daily to take care of my pets and look after the place. You’ll have plenty of independence, but I’ll always be nearby if you need anything.

In addition to being a host, I’m a private chef and know both Lima’s culinary scene and LGBTQ+ scene quite well, so I’d be happy to recommend restaurants, cafes, bars, parties, or activities depending on what you’re looking for.

The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator, and the bedrooms are on the second level of the duplex, which is accessed via a spiral staircase.
