Enjoy a fully equipped private room near the gay district. The room has a large closet, as well as a comfortable double bed and a large window facing the street—with a little noise in the mornings to wake you up 🙂 with blackout curtains. Inside the room, there’s an air conditioner, a 55-inch TV, a minibar, a kettle, and a desk. There’s a security camera at the apartment entrance, and the kitchen is available 24 hours a ******** the living room is perfect for getting to know my guests over a glass of wine, coffee, or a beer. For cooking enthusiasts, I also offer Peruvian cooking classes for an additional fee. I’m just here to welcome you to my space—which will be your space during your stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Ludovic's apartment very much, very comfortable! He is an excellent host, very friendly, and helped me plan my excursions in Lima. We were able to have conversations about various topics!

We had a wonderful time at Ludovic's apartment. Ludovic allowed us to check in late at night and welcomed us very warmly despite the hour. He prepared a delicious breakfast for us every day, gave us advice about the city, and one night even invited a friend over. The room is very large and very clean. The bed was wonderful. There's even air conditioning and a refrigerator. Although the room faces a very busy street, it didn't seem so serious to us. Plus, everything is very central and also safe. We couldn't have asked for a better host.

Ludovic is an excellent host. His space is quite pleasant, clean and welcoming. Very well located in the city with all amenities. He made time to go to dinner and share pleasant conversation. I highly recommend him.
