Sunset Cape ! A listing that brings with it, a $1,000,000 view that's truly magnificent. 40 minutes drive from CPT and 1 hour from Cape Town's V&A, this home gives you space to breathe & recharge. Minimalist in style, the accommodation is comfortable and benefits from a dedicated shower room across the hallway. The lounge & kitchen are free to use. Close by are retail outlets and a range of eateries ; Cafe Zest is standout and drivable within 5 minutes. Swen is a no-nonsense German whose enthusiasm for the Western Cape is infectious. He's a friendly guy and more than happy to spend a few hours putting the world to rights over a drink or 2. He's thoughtful, intelligent and very chilled around his home being used as a flexible base. Free & secure on-site parking.

Excellent stay! Swen's home is lovely w incredible views across False Bay! Fantastic host and wonderful communicator. Highly recommend for a staycation, holiday, or business trip! Everything was perfect
