Cesar was not there in person, but he stayed in frequent contact and was very helpful whenever I needed anything. Communication was smooth and reliable throughout my stay. The location is great, with easy access to everything nearby. The WiFi was strong, check-in and check-out were simple, and the rooftop was a wonderful bonus. Hope to be back again soon.

Staying with César was an unforgettable experience. It felt like arriving at the home of an old friend. César cares about every little detail so you feel like you're at home. His house is decorated in colonial Guatemala style, and it has a special charm. From having a coffee or playing board games in the dining room, to having a beer while watching the moon and enjoying the beautiful views of the city from the terrace. It's spectacular.

My stay in Antigua was amazing thanks to César, the host. He's an incredible person with such great energy and vibes. He showed me some amazing places, gave me awesome recommendations, and we even went out for food and coffee several times. More than just a host, he was a great companion throughout the experience. Forever grateful for everything. 100% recommended! I truly hope to come back soon!

Cesar is the ideal host. Not only is he polite and quick to respond, but he goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. In my case, since I did not had much of a plan for my trip, he suggested a couple of tours, connected me with a travel agent, and help me with my transportation from the airport to his place. He gave me my space and privacy, but at the same time, he made me feel welcomed and included. Did I mentioned that he cooked one night for me and the other guests (not only is he a great host, but also a great chef)! His place is clean and perfectly located, just a couple of blocks from iconic monuments (such as the Arco de Santa Catalina, the main catedral and Central Park) and restaurants (Fridas, Macondo, etc). I would gladly recommend his place to anyone looking to have an authentic local experience.

From the moment I arrived Cesar welcomed me as anyone would a visiting friend. He was always available and easy to reach, and I was lucky that he was in town and happily showed me around the beautiful Antigua. He was a friend during my time in Guatemala, and I hope to continue a good friendship with him and with Leo, the great barista. Much love! 🙏
