Cologne Merkenich. Accommodation with balcony

Hichem was very polite and helpful. We had a nice talk and some drinks. The breakfast was great. The apartment was clean and the couch was big and good enough. I really recommend this place and like to come back again.

BEWARE: This place was a disaster. There was no wi-fi as advertised and it wasn't even cleaned. The sofa area had dirt / dust and sand around it, as if it hasn't been moved to be cleaned in the last 2-3weeks. Toe-nail clippings are all over the balcony and cups are standing all over the place / floor, balcony, basin, table-top. I had to share the sofa/bed with the owner, as his bed was not ready in his room. Yet, this place is advertised as 2 rooms and accomdation for 2 guests. The owner and friends also walk / sit around in their underwear. After complaining I was assured that I would be refunded, yet 5 days later I have heard/received nothing. And he also asks for a ********!! BEWARE! Not recommended at all. There were other issues of a personal nature snd which cannot be refernced here -RATHER STAY CLEAR! The hostels are much cheaper and accommodating!
