Hi! I'm Lautaro, I speak a little bit of English. I'm living in this big house in Valparaiso to take care of the cleaning and to make the home cozy for all of you. I have available in this website one big room with one queen size bed and one little room with one single bed. The 2 rooms are comfortable and with a great view of the hills and the harbour.

This listing is for booking Room 1. It has the best view of the house. It's equipped with a queen size bed with sheets and pillows, a closet, a desk, a chair and two nightstands.

It' is ideal for one person or a couple, but you can squeeze in another guy (I'm not judgy) if you pay for an extra guest.

Up to 50MB Wi-Fi internet, 43' 4k led tv with 141 channels (58 HD) in the shared living room, washing machine, big full equipped kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms, an awesome terrace /balcony with a great view of the hills and the harbour.

Nearby Attractions

The house is not in the most touristy hills, but is pretty close to them. This house is located in a little hill known for the Lord Cochrane Museum, the Ascensor Cordillera (Serrano street, one block away from Sotomayor square) and Cienfuegos stairs beside it, Ascensor San Agustín (Tomás Ramos street in the Plan and 3 blocks up hill from my house). The house is at 5 minutes walking distance to Plaza Sotomayor and to Plaza Echaurren, it's in between those squares. There is a Santa Isabel and an Unimarc supermarket (both of them with ATM machines) very close to home.

Lautaro welcomed us to his little house on the hills of Valparaiso with a panoramic view of the port and colourful houses. The room itself had big windows so there was plenty of light, a comfy queen bed a wardrobe and a desk and chair. The bathroom was shared with the host. The location is great, just a short bus ride from the bus station to plaza sotomayo and then a 10 min walk and ride up an Escalator (or 161 steps if feeling energetic lol which I did a couple of times). A bit disappointed that Lautaro wasn't awake to see us off at 9:30 as we wanted to say goodbye and thank him for his hospitality. Will highly recommend this little house on the colourful hills of Valparaiso
