Welcome to our sunny studio in the Historic Jones Locker Building with parking in the West End which is known for being the most cherished section of Commercial Street. Recently renovated with sleeping alcove, new kitchen and mini-split air conditioning. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the large shared waterfront deck too! Our second floor studio faces Commercial Street and your backyard is the bayside.

Please note that many peak summer weeks check in and check out days are Saturdays only. Summer rentals (June 30th-Sept 8th) are Saturday to Saturday. Off season are 3 nights.

Please understand that as of January 1st, 2019 a law was passed to tax short term rentals (similar to hotel taxes) in Massachusetts for 14.45% which will need to be collected prior to check in.

This is a condo community so no pets, smoking or outdoor grilling is allowed. Condo association does not allow families in the studio- just one or two adults.

Studio faces Commercial Street on second floor and the large deck is shared with other residents of the building.
