The Reveal
This is a huge 3-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a beautifully restored Victorian home built in 1893. Set up as hotel-style accommodation that is unoccupied when not rented. We have 3 furnished bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Owners live in a completely separate unit on the 1st floor and are available if needed. Amazon Firestick available on all four TVs with Netflix, HBO Max, and Xfinity cable on our accounts. Most all other apps using your account. Fiber-based 2G x 1G WiFi-7 internet available throughout. This is a popular space on other similar sites and may not be available if already spoken for. Note that here we charge less to support our community.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, gas range, utensils, pans, place settings for 6-8.
Full on-site laundry facility available free during stays of 4+ days. ----------------------------------------------------------------------

We were so impressed with this beautiful home. Everything was so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, and so many details of what guests might need or enjoy were graciously anticipated. The hosts bent over backward to check in and offer assistance. The home itself was a lovely historic gem just a short distance from the historic downtown (walking or driving). You can also easily walk to a few places to get a quick coffee or bagel. This was my partner's first time renting a home and when we next went to a bed and breakfast in Asheville immediately following Lexington he said he wished we were back at Dave and Steve's place. It left quite an impression and we are so grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here.

David and Steve's place was beautiful and beyond expectations. A very comfortable bed including beautiful, vivid dreams. I felt extremely safe in the neighborhood. Parking was not an issue for me. Steve gave excellent restaurant and bar suggestions. They were able to accommodate my request for a same date stay. Thanks!
