I live in a 2 bedrooms townhouse and I open my 2nd bedroom for travelers. So you will share the place ( living room, kitchen/dining area and a full bath ) with me, but you will have your own bedroom with a double bed, side table, 6 draw dresser, desk and chair.
Located in Lakewood where is a safe, clean and well established neighborhood. All amenities are within walking distance.
Quick access to highway/downtown , bus stops are steps away from my place.
Tons of walking paths, enjoy the huge open green space surrounded by the water, gooses, birds...
It takes about 10-15 minutes getting into university/downtown by driving.
Visitor parking as well as plenty of street parking.
