IMPORTANT NOTE
We are a B&B with 8 en-suite bedrooms. The room configurations are listed below, but due to the limitations in the way that misterb&b works it may appear confusing regarding the number of people we can sleep. Please contact us for more details.
Set on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Laxton, and ideally situated on the Northamptonshire & Rutland border close to Corby, Uppingham & Stamford, Spanhoe Lodge is the perfect luxury retreat.
Whether for a romantic break, time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, a special occasion or business, Spanhoe Lodge offers everything you want and more. It is relaxing, comfortable, peaceful, tranquil and indulgent. You will not be disturbed by the roar of traffic, and be able to sit back and enjoy the beautiful views over the Northamptonshire countryside.
Our 8 large bedrooms which are all accessed by their own front door, are all ground floor and en-suite. We have 1 room with a fully fitted micro-kitchen for those seeking a self-catering option, and 1 room that is fully accessible with low threshold door and wheel in wet room.
We are delighted to be able to offer our guests the use of our heated Outdoor Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi Hot Tub.
The pool & hot tub are situated in a secluded garden outside rooms 5 - 8. During the summer months this is a real sun trap, benefitting from the sun all day. Loungers, and seating are provided.
The pool is heated to approximately 29°c, and is available to use between April and October**. The pool has a constant depth of 1.3 meters, with steps & a seating bench at one end.
The Jacuzzi Hot Tub is available all year round and is heated to approximately 38°c.
**The actual dates that the pool is available may vary dependent on the weather. We do have the ability to heat the pool during the winter months, which could be arranged for a special occasion. (Charges would apply)
We want to make your stay at Spanhoe Lodge as comfortable and special as we can. Please contact us with any requirements you may have, we would only be too happy to help. If we “Can do” we “Will do”. Our aim is to always exceed the expectations of our customers.
